My experience was very positive. The staff was pleasant and helpful. This was my first visit and the doctor was great. He explained everything that the X-ray showed. He made me feel very comfortable . He makes going to the dentist easy.

If you want to see an awesome dentist and staff go see them at grand street you won't be disappointed office is very clean and bright OMG music is great too have to work and can't get the day off these guys will see you at 6 am yes 6 am so if you need a great dentist you have two of best dentist in the world

The absolute Best Dentist on the lower east side he explains everything thoroughly and the cleanliness of the office is immaculate i also love his staff the hygienist is the best she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable i give the staff an overall 5 stars they are family.

This is the second time I've been to Dr. Heller and I'm so glad I did. He is very professional and tells you everything he's doing. He also continually asks "are you ok?"
The x-ray technician and receptionist are also very pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Heller as your dentist.

I found Dr. Heller extremely caring in the best way to approach my dental issues. He also gave me a name for a second opinion for possible root canal which I never experienced (he doesn't do these). I needed a plate, and to ensure it was done properly, his lab tech came to his office to discuss what was needed. Office worker atmosphere is very pleasant with each other and the patients, and the rooms are kept clean.

Just started visiting Dr Heller. I liked the fact that he sent me for 2nd opinion on root canal since he does not handle these. He and his intake person have pleasant personalities, the office is very clean and so far never had to wait past my appt time. I would send friends here. He accepts Delta Dental insurance.
